The back is a very complex structure. All those little bones
and discs protecting that vital spinal cord, not to mention all
those knobs and spurs on many of the bones. When you think about
it, its a miracle, how we can twist and turn in so many
different positions. This means that finding a treatment for back pain is not simple (well surprise, you probably already know that). There can be no such thing as a universal cure like there is for small pox or some other diseases. Everyones injury is unique to them. If you have friends who have had or do have back pain and you have discussed it with them, chances are you are saying to yourself. "But my pain/problem is not like that" That's because it is not. Your injury is different. A lot of people have transient back problems, and they are only to eager to tell you how they got rid of them. If you are a chronic sufferer you just look at them in amazement saying to yourself. "they have no idea what I am going through, back pain does not just go away!" The trouble is that the medical profession and to a large extent alternative medicine treats all back pain as if it were the same, they consider there is a one cure fits all. This is where a lot of the problems start and why so many back pain sufferers get frustrated and feel that relief from their pain is hopeless. This is NOT TRUE! Don't give up. Just because the treatment the doctor gave you does not work does not mean you are stuck. It just means you have not found the right treatment for your back yet. It's also important to remember that NO ONE TREATMENT MAY BE THE ANSWER. It is much more likely that a combination of things used together will be the answer to your back pain. Don't be discouraged if something you try does not work or makes you feel better. You just need to try something else. There are a great many things out there that you can try. Some are trumpeted from the hilltops, others have to be sought out, but there is an answer if you are willing to find it. Problem is this takes time and often money? What do you do where do you start? "Take Control Of Your Back" is a guide to a huge
number of back pain treatments and remedies. I have researched
each one of them to find out what works and what does not. This
is your shortcut to a well back. Using this guide you can quickly
find the things that would best suit your back and discount the
others. The guide also helps you through the steps of finding
a therapist in many different disciplines. What questions to
ask, how to determine if this is a good therapist and if they
are right for you. |
